Shipping and returns

Product Delivery

  • We ship products within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.

  • You can collect your order for free from our office at Jonavos g. 254A, Kaunas.

  • Omniva parcel lockers:

    • Orders over €50FREE delivery.

    • Orders up to €50 – delivery fee €2.49.


Product Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for all our products within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached.

  • Items must not be used, opened, or altered in any way.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these requirements.


Is the Return Free?

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.


How and Where to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please send us an email at [email protected] using the same email address you used to place your order.
We will provide the return address once we receive your request by email.

Once the returned item(s) is received and inspected, you will receive either a replacement item or a refund for the product price (excluding shipping costs).

Masterstyle.lt is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a registered parcel service and keeping the tracking information until your return is processed.


How Long Does a Return or Exchange Take?

Masterstyle.lt will respond to your return request within 48 hours.
